We at Ribbontrade understand that getting the exact color for certain projects is very important. We suggest that before ordering a color of ribbon that you may not be sure about, please ask that we send you a sample (small cutting) of the ribbon in question.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any of our products. We will, however, replace defective yardage or damaged spools of ribbon with undamaged ribbon of the same exact style and color. Please contact us as soon as you discover a problem.
